Who is Kineto for?
Kineto is designed for serious endurance runners who already train consistently and want a more structured approach to strength & conditioning around their running.
How does Kineto work with my existing running plan?
Kineto works around the running plan, coach or training methodology you already use. Your running remains the priority; Kineto helps place and adapt your strength, plyometric, conditioning and mobility work around it.
Will lifting weights make me put on muscle?
Not necessarily. Kineto is designed for endurance runners, not bodybuilding. The aim is to improve strength, force production and physical capacity without adding unnecessary mass. Programming emphasises appropriate loading, low-to-moderate training volumes and explosive work rather than hypertrophy-focused training.
Will strength & conditioning interfere with my running sessions?
It shouldn’t when it is programmed properly. Kineto places strength, plyometric, conditioning and mobility work around your existing running schedule so that key running sessions remain the priority. Training is periodised through the year and adjusted as the demands of your running change.
Shouldn’t I just run more instead of doing gym work?
Running more develops your ability to run. Strength & conditioning develops physical qualities that running alone may not fully train — including maximal strength, power, reactive ability and tissue capacity. For serious runners, the two are complementary rather than competing approaches.
When can I try out Kineto?
